Billboard Music Awards 2020 Postponed Due To Coronavirus

The Billboard Music Awards is the latest high-profile event to be wiped from the calendar in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

Seconds ago, a joint statement from dick clark productions and NBC  announced an official postponement for the April 29th ceremony – citing the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19.

No new date for the Kelly Clarkson hosted spectacle has been shared as at writing.

The news comes a day after the iHeartRadio Music Awards was also postponed and amidst delays applied to TV, film, and live entertainment ventures.
