Drake Responds to Ghostwriting Criticism
In a recent interview with Rap Radar, Drake spoke about the criticism he receives about ghostwriting.
Anybody that knows me knows that my strongest talent is writing. That’s why people like to get in the room and write with me. He was asked about the controversy around Quentin Miller who was involved on If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late. He said he has no embarrassment about what he did on the album.
I worked with somebody on 4 or 5 songs. I pulled my weight when it came to my pen. It wasn’t like I needed somebody to facilitate entire ideas. Drake said that people need to distinguish between collaborating and ghostwriting.
