Health Expert: Concerts Might Not Return Until Fall Of 2021

While most spring concert tours have been postponed until this fall, at least one public health expert thinks it will be at least a year and a half before concerts return.
Zeke Emanuel, director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Healthcare Transformation Institute, predicts that large-scale gatherings like concerts and sporting events won’t return until “fall 2021 at the earliest”.

Emanuel tells New York Times Magazine that a return “normal” life will be “done in stages”, starting with lower-risk workplaces like offices or construction. Concerts, he says, will be “the last to return”.
